Treatment Information

  • A Skin Consultation is the perfect opportunity for new clients to have a one-on-one discussion with a qualified therapist to reach an understanding of your skin, concerns, budget and goals, enabling us to create a personalised treatment and home care plan just for you.

  • The Skin Consultation is for clients who are new to HUB Skin and not sure where to start. The consultation allows time for an in-depth discussion where we can get to know each other and plan out what your personalised journey towards greater skin health looks like.

  • None

  • Following the completion of an in-depth consultation form, we will have 45 minutes together to unpack your skin concerns, goals, budget and lifestyle. Your consultation will include a complimentary LED light treatment, where your therapist will perform a double cleanse before you lay back and enjoy the regenerative benefits of LED light therapy. During this time, your therapist will perfect and explain your personalised treatment plan before applying a hydrator to your skin.

  • No downtime.

  • $100 (fully redeemable on product on the day of your appointment) plus a complimentary LED light treatment valued at $79 to kickstart your skin heath journey.

  • HUB Skin Wellness Pilates requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

    If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product from HUB Skin.
    If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.

    Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.

    By booking an appointment, you agree to the HUB Skin Wellness Pilates Cancellation Policy and consent to charges made to your card in line with this policy.

    HUB Skin Wellness Pilates Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our small business. Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.
