During the consultation within your Introductory Skin Treatment appointment, we will take the time to thoroughly discuss your medical history, current health status and individual needs. If any contraindications arise, rest assured, we will collaboratively explore alternative treatment options that are safe and tailored to your wellbeing.

The treatment commences with a thorough consultation aimed at understanding your individual skin type, lifestyle, budget considerations and skin aspirations. With this insight, we curate a bespoke treatment plan tailored specifically to your unique needs, using clinically-proven techniques, premium products and state-of-the-art technologies. Having agreed on your pathway forward, we will kickstart your skin health journey with a bespoke treatment based on your individual needs.

Our skilled professionals use gentle techniques to refresh your skin, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated. Throughout the experience, we aim to provide moments of tranquillity, ensuring you feel understood and guided in your skin care journey. By the end of the treatment, we will have you feeling revitalised with a better understanding of your skin and the pathway ahead.

For your Introductory Skin Treatment it is important to avoid any other skin treatments, including cosmetic injectables, for at least 2 weeks prior. Following your treatment, your therapist will provide comprehensive post-care instructions, empowering you with the knowledge to maintain and enhance the benefits of your treatment.

The cost of the Introductory Skin Treatment varies depending on the specific service chosen, and our therapists will outline the price of services during your consultation. Please note prices start from $179, with a $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment with us.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. All appointments require a card to be held on file, and for treatments valued $100 and over, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit.

If you reschedule or cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, and your treatment is valued $100 and over, your $50 non-refundable deposit can be applied when securing your next appointment or used as a credit to purchase product from HUB Skin.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window, or fail to attend your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee. This is applicable to all appointments, regardless of the treatment value.

Please note if you fail to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice, we will require the full treatment amount to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.

HUB Skin Wellness Pilates Cancellation Policy is in place to ensure the sustainability of our small business. Appointments require a commitment of resources which cost the business in the event of cancellation, therefore the Cancellation Policy is in place not to ‘punish’ clients but to protect the viability of our business.
